Licenses, maintenance and support services of the security mail solution The object of the procurement is the user licenses of the security mail solution used by the city of Tornio, as well as the related software maintenance and technical support. The city uses the solution to implement confidential e-mail communication. The purchase is carried out as a purchase of goods, the object of which are software usage rights (licenses). The maintenance, update and support service related to the licenses are ancillary services related to the object of the acquisition. The number of licenses to be procured is approximately 130 user licenses at the time of publication of the tender request. The stated amount is an estimate and does not bind the customer. The number of licenses can be specified before the start of the contract period and can change during the contract period according to the needs of the subscriber. The unit prices stated in the offer also apply when the number of licenses changes. The offer must cover all licenses, usage rights, software maintenance, software updates, information security updates and the support services specified in the request for offers.
