Description & Project Overview
The city of Tornio will set up a dynamic procurement system to procure occasional daily transport for the needs of the Tornio city group. The dynamic procurement system is divided into two categories: 1. private taxis and minibuses 2. buses Individual transportation procurements within the system are tendered through separate requests for tenders, i.e. DPS's internal tenders. All candidates accepted for the category in question, whose acceptance into the system is valid at the time the competition is launched, are invited to the internal competition. The prices requested in this announcement are only used for budget planning each year. The dynamic procurement system will be established for the period 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2034. The system is open to new candidates who meet the eligibility requirements throughout its validity period. The JYSE Palvelut 2025 terms and conditions valid at any given time apply to the procurement, as specified in the DPS internal tender request and the procurement contract.
