The city of Tornio will set up a dynamic procurement system to procure occasional daily transport for the needs of the Tornio city group. The dynamic procurement system is divided into two categories: 1. private taxis and minibuses 2. buses Individual transport procurements within the system are tendered through separate requests for tenders, i.e. DPS's internal tenders.
