Internal identifier: V0414/2026 Title: Printing and packaging services for the 2027 state election Description: The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen - Bremen State Statistical Office - Electoral Office - as the client (AG) intends to conclude a contract for printing and assembly services including delivery for the 2027 state and advisory board elections and the election of the city's city council Bremerhaven. The Bremen State Statistical Office is responsible for the preparation and organization of elections and votes in Bremen. Together with the city council of Bremerhaven, all political elections at European, federal, state and local levels as well as referendums in the state of Bremen are carried out. The award is made in 2 partial lots (see service description, section 4.1 - division of lots). The aim of this tender is to commission suitable contractors (ANs) for printing and assembly services for the general election, which will take place on May 30, 2027. Further information on the subject of the service can be found in sections 4 ff. of the service description. Type of order: Services Title: Printing and delivery of voting slips and assembly of postal voting documents Description: A total of 160,000 postal voting letters are expected nationwide for the upcoming elections. The voting documents for all elections should be sent in a joint letter. The period for sending postal voting documents covers the period from 42 days before the election (April 18, 2027) to 4 days before the election (election date is May 30, 2027). The documents for the city of Bremen must be delivered to Deutsche Post InHaus Services GmbH daily. The documents for the city of Bremerhaven must also be delivered to Deutsche Post InHaus Services GmbH daily. Deliveries must be made by 4 p.m. For the requirement items (contingent items) "Referendum" item 4.2.1.1 and item 4.2.3.1 of the service description, the client reserves the right to order the execution of the item listed below only if there is a corresponding need. In this case, the order is placed under the suspensive condition that the client subsequently unilaterally demands the corresponding services - if necessary.
