OPŠ 09/2024, VT Ostravice, km 5,400-5,480, tear repair

The subject of the public contract is the rehabilitation of the LB breach and the repair of the bank fortifications on the left bank of the Ostravice VT in km 5,400 – 5,480 to the original parameters.  Construction work will be carried out on the basis of protocol number 258/222/002/OPR in terms of the removal of flood damage in the given location.  All work will take place in the bed and on the banks of the water course in the given locality. Before the work starts, the fishing crew will be caught. Security will be provided against the leakage of dangerous substances into the water course (installation of a bore wall).  The proposed solution consists in the restoration of the left bank to the original technical condition before the flood damage in September 2024 in order to ensure the stability of the riverbed, the flow and the protection of the adjacent area. First, the existing sediment will be removed from the embankment, then the bank will be restored with a compacted embankment, compaction after 30 cm and fortification of the bank with a stone level of 200 kg - 500 kg, heel <500 kg. The surrounding terrain will be returned to its original state.  Access to the construction site is via the existing local and purpose-built roads along the Ostravice waterway, which will be returned to their original state after the completion of the works.  The construction is divided into 2 buildings, SO 01 corresponds to damage from the 09/2024 flood and is the subject of a subsidy application, SO 02 corresponds to damage caused only in the long term due to floods and will be paid from the investor's own resources. An Inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions is created separately for each of the two buildings, please provide pricing for both.  Basic parameters of the repair: - Total length of the treated section: 105 m. - Repair of the bank fortifications in the form of a level of quarried stone weighing of individual stone 200 – 500 kg: approx. 108.6 m3. - Repair of the embankment in the form of a level of quarry stone weighing of an individual stone larger than 500 kg: approx. 67.2 m3.
