1.1. The subject of the public contract is the repair of the spillway and the fortification of the banks of the drop level at VT Černá Ostravice in km 4.167 to the original parameters. There is also a gravel bench at the point of the step, which needs to be spread into the stream according to the requirements of the PLA Beskydy. VT Černá Ostravice is a tributary of VT Ostravice, a tributary to VD Šance reservoir. • Construction work will be carried out on the basis of protocol number 465/224/040/OPR in terms of the removal of flood damage in the given location. • All work will take place in the bed and on the banks of the water course in the given locality. Before the work starts, the fishing crew will be caught. Security will be provided against the leakage of dangerous substances into the water course (installation of a bore wall). • As part of the repair of the stabilization step in km 4.167, the spillway edge will be supplemented, the right bank binding of the step will be repaired and the bank fortifications will be repaired. • In km 4,160 – 4,200, trowel deposits will be removed and the material will be spread in place according to the requirements of the PLA Beskydy so that the flow profile is not restricted. • Access to the construction site is via the existing local and purpose-built roads along the Černá Ostravice waterway, which will be returned to their original state after the completion of the works. • Basic parameters of the repair: - Total length of the solved section: 43 m. - Construction of water structures from ŽB frost-resistant class. C 30/37: 5 m3. - Pavement made of quarry stone treated with filling of joints with mined aggregate: 30.80 m3. - Spreading of the gravel bench: 230m3.
