Revitalization of PR U Sedmi rybníků - TDS - repeated procurement procedure II

The subject of the VZ is to ensure the technical supervision of the builder for the "Revitalization of PR U Sedmi rybníků" event according to the attached draft contract, project documentation and other attached treasures. The place of fulfillment is PR U Sedmi rybníků in the district Starý Rybník, district Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region. The implementation of construction activities will take place within the scope of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction and for the selection of the contractor "Revitalization of PR U Sedmi rybníků", VRV, a. s., 2016, updated 2017, chief designer Ing. Miroslav Holeček, Ph.D. (hereinafter referred to as PD). The performance of the principal's activities begins with the handover of the construction site to the construction contractor and continues throughout the construction period. The commander ensures inspection days and routine inspection outside of these days as well. At the end, he will ensure the acceptance of the finished work from the building contractor, including the relevant documents, and will ensure a final inspection of the building and the issuance of a building approval. This involves the reconstruction of four existing ponds and one pond that has been drained for several years, the repair of two flow devices between individual ponds. The expected construction period is 19 months, the expected start date of work is January 2019. The expected number of inspection days is 60 with the expected frequency of site visits 3x-4x per month. Information on the implementation process is provided in the binding work schedule, which is part of the tender documentation. The total price of the work is CZK 20,196,068 including VAT.
