Acquisition of the socio-economic indicators service for LIFE České středohoří - repeated procedure I

The subject of the public contract is the selection of a supplier who will ensure the evaluation of the socio-economic impacts of the LIFE16 NAT/CZ/000639 project. The contractor will prepare the assessment methodology, collect selected data (partially in cooperation with AOPK), analyze them and compile a final report. The final report of the AOPK will be subjected to opposition by an external opponent. The contractor incorporates the comments made by the external opponent and approved by AOPK and submits the final final report. This will subsequently be submitted as part of the outputs of the LIFE16/NAT/CZ000639 project. In case of comments on the final report by the EC, the supplier is obliged to cooperate in their settlement by providing all necessary additional information that will be requested. During the design of the methodology and the course of the solution, ongoing cooperation and consultation with the client is assumed. During the course of the project, i.e. until 31 December 2023, the contractor will, as required by AOPK, provide materials for interim reports on the implementation of project LIFE16/NAT/CZ000639, which are compiled by AOPK and will be submitted to the European Commission. The contractor will participate in meetings to solve the same task (assessment of socio-economic impacts) of another similar LIFE project "From the life of insects", which is supported by AOPK. Cooperation will take the form of participation in meetings, presentation of the proposed solution, achieved results, exchange of experience, search for solutions for continuously identified problems. These meetings will be coordinated by the client. We expect approx. 3 working meetings in the period until 31 December 2023, probably at the AOPK headquarters in Chodov, Prague.
