Contract Description
The subject of the work is the removal of the existing constructions of the Bílina crossing along the Ervěnica corridor and their replacement with a simple open meandering watercourse bed. The solution includes other measures to ensure migratory permeability for aquatic animals, ensuring access for maintenance, etc. The construction consists in the creation of a riverbed close to nature, which will replace the original crossing of the Bílina River. In the 1980s, in connection with mining activities, the Bílina River was transferred to the artificially created land body of the Ervěnice Corridor. The Bílina transfer is carried along one of the floors of the dump in a DN 1200 steel pipe. The length of the pipe is approx. 4 x 3 km. This waterworks also includes an inlet object, its bridging and a modified open bed above it with a length of approx. 150 m. In the lower part of the modification there is an outlet object and its bridging. This structure will not be changed as part of this construction. A hydroelectric power plant was built on the right pair of pipes in the 1990s, which will be decommissioned after the project is implemented. However, in terms of construction, the MVE building will be left and will be used to store MVE machine technology until its possible use. The contractor is obliged to comply with the Handling and Operating Regulations of the Ervěnický Corridor waterworks, which form Annex No. 2 of this Tender Documentation. The implementation of the construction will take place under biological supervision, with whom the work will be consulted, so that the impact on populations and biotopes is minimized. Felling must always be carried out only during the vegetative rest period, i.e. from 1.11. until 31.3. each calendar year. Due to the need to transfer water and protect the construction site, a schedule of works is drawn up. However, the contractor will always be in contact with the Povodí Ohře Watershed, a state enterprise. Until the start of the transfer of water, the steel pipes will be operated by the customer's employees, including the inlet facility and subsequent equipment. The current state of the steel pipeline, see Record TBP_EK_6.6.2024, which forms Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation.
