Delivery and delivery of hot meals for the Karlovy Vary - Horova 12 center

1. The subject of the public contract is the provision of meals for the employees of Povodí Ohře, a state-owned enterprise, at the address Horova 2017/12, 360 01 Karlovy Vary, i.e. the production of individual ready meals (hereinafter referred to as "lunch") at the supplier's facilities, importation, delivery of meals at the client's counter and services connected with the operation of the canteen. The production of individual ready meals (hereinafter referred to as "lunch") will be carried out at the supplier's premises, their import and delivery at the customer's dispensary. 2. Part of the supplier's obligation according to point 1 is in particular: a) preparation of lunches at the supplier's establishment b) import and delivery of lunches at the customer's take-out c) cleaning, washing and disinfection of all used dishes, containers for transporting food, tools and equipment used for food preparation, cleaning and disinfection of the filling area, cleaning and maintenance of canteen equipment d) provision of overhead materials (cleaning, washing and disinfecting agents, napkins, toothpicks, costs for the preparation of menus, etc.) e) provision of seasonings for meals and salads: especially ketchup (hot and sweet), mustard (full-fat, Kremžská), chili, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dressing, soup seasoning such as "maggi", salt, pepper, etc. f) disposal of leftovers 3. Meals will be provided in the form of an order system. The supplier will ensure the operation of this system. 4. The supplier always ensures the delivery of lunches no later than 10:00 a.m. 5. The supplier undertakes to ensure the delivery of lunches on working days between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. 6. The customer undertakes to order meals no later than 12:30 p.m. on the previous working day. 7. The customer undertakes to specify the number of individual orders no later than 7:30 a.m. on the day of food collection. 8. The expected average number of ordered lunches is 20 per day. The supplier acknowledges that this is an estimated quantity based on the average for the previous period. The average number of lunches taken under this contract may vary.
