Preventive assessment of landscape features - part 2 - Železné hory PLA

The subject of the work is the assessment of the landscape quality of the Železná hora PLA, or updating the content of the study from 2010 according to the development and current state of the territory and the state of knowledge, according to valid legal regulations. Emphasis will be placed on the description and evaluation of changes in the territory. The parts of the work "categorization of settlements" and "on the protection of free landscape" will be elaborated in more detail. The study will include specific conditions for the protection of the landscape character for the settlements (or their parts, if the character of the development within the settlements is significantly different or if it is a separate local part) so that these conditions can be used for inclusion in the spatial plans (hereafter referred to as the "ÚP"). The study will include the delimitation of the areas of the territory where the procedure will be carried out according to § 12, paragraph 2 of the ZOPK (limits established within the Ú, regulatory plans (hereafter referred to as "RP"), or Ú with elements of the RP), according to the Methodological Instruction of the Ministry of the Environment, Department of General Nature and Landscape Protection, in cooperation with the MMR, Department of Spatial Planning for the application of § 12, paragraph 4 of the ZOPK, which was published in the Journal of the Ministry of the Environment (Annual XXVII, September 2017, Amount 9).
