Study of the assessment of the content of radioactive substances in surface waters below the point of discharge of wastewater from the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant in the years 2027–2032

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the development of a study in accordance with the wording of the public contract, with the following performance specification: a) Determination and evaluation of the tritium content in the years 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031 and 2032 from the samples supplied by the customer in accordance with Article V, Part B, point 3 of the draft contract from the Orlík water reservoir in the profiles of Podolský most, Žďakovský bridge and dike (in front of the area demarcated by buoys - no navigation), taken in the months of April to October at a frequency of 1x per month, (samples at the surface and from depths of 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 m, possibly 60 m, at the bottom and a mixed sample from a depth of 0-4 m). b) Evaluation of the vertical distribution of tritium in the Orlík water reservoir from the results according to point a). c) Evaluation of the presence of tritium in five water quality monitoring profiles in the Vltava watercourse as part of the customer's operational monitoring – Hluboká, Solenice, Štěchovice, Praha-Podolí and Zelčín (monitoring frequency once a month). d) Annual compilation (calculation) of the balance of radioactive substances (tritium and other activation and fission products) according to the results of measurements in surface waters above and below the discharge of wastewater from JETE (Otava - Topělec, Lužnice - Koloděje, Vltava - Hněvkovice, Vltava - Solenice) and comparison with data on the balance of these radioactive substances in the discharged wastewater of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant (JETE) from the operator JETE, in the period 2026-2032, (from monthly results) depending on the time availability of data. e) Simulation of the influence of the water quality in the important Vltava watercourse in the Kořensko profile by the discharge of wastewater containing radioactive substances (processed at least for the values ​​found in the given year and the permitted limit values ​​of the discharged pollution from the decision on the discharge of wastewater (including historical and considered in the case of JETE expansion, including SMR) and variants of different flows, at least for Qzab , Qa, Q355 and Qr). f) Evaluation of the obtained results according to the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and indicative evaluation according to the legal regulations valid abroad, especially with regard to Place of performance: Praha Contract type: Služby Procedure regime: zjednodušené podlimitní řízení Awarded to: Výzkumný ústav vodohospodářský T.
