Contract Description
The subject of the performance is the delivery of consumables to printing equipment according to the framework purchase agreement, which is Annex No. 2 ZP) and their implementation based on partial purchase agreements (orders). Individual orders will be concluded for the duration of the framework purchase agreement, while it is stipulated that the partial fulfillment itself may exceed the period for which the framework purchase agreement is valid (if entered in accordance with the framework purchase agreement). The types of printers for which the client requires the delivery of toners or refills are listed in Appendix No. 3 ZP - list and calculation of goods prices.
