Contract Description
The Technical University of Liberec (hereinafter referred to as the "contractor") implements a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of computer technology, accessories and toners for individual TUL faculties/centers (hereinafter referred to as the "DNS") in accordance with Section 138 et seq. of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ").
