INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2,054 PCS WATER METER 1/2"Ø (15MM) WITHOUT TAIL PIECE1) The Metro Lipa Water District (MLWD), through the Approved Corporate Budget of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P 2,259,400.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2,054 PCS WATER METER 1/2"Ø (15MM) WITHOUT TAIL PIECE under Purchase Request Number 1000002800 and 1000002767. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2) The MLWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required forty-five (45) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order (P.O.). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from MLWD and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from October 28, 2026 during office hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday until November 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00).
