Contract Description
Excision of unconnected unwanted trees and their rejuvenation in the Lenešice and Raná u Loun municipalities. The following works will be carried out: A. Excision of unconnected stands of trees above 1 m on 3 areas in the municipality of Lenešice, postal code No. 3490, 3492, 3495, according to the drawings above the orthophoto map, which is attached to this procurement procedure. Area No. 1 has a defined area of 0.0875 ha, due to the retention of oaks and fruit trees (pear trees), the area is reduced by 20%, i.e. the carved area has an area of 0.0700 ha. Area No. 2 has an area of 0.0284 ha. Area No. 3 has an area of 0.0204 ha. When the trees are cut, stumps with a height of about 10 cm will be left (next year they will be cut by the tenant and painted with an arboricidal agent in order to suppress rejuvenation). All wood material will be cleared from the carved areas and used in accordance with applicable legal regulations. There are difficult conditions here - thorny and branched trees are cut, the plots are fragmented and difficult to access). B. Section of unconnected rejuvenation of trees up to 1 m high on a defined area of 2.2142 ha. Due to the presence of mature fruit trees and areas without vegetation, the cut area is reduced to 2.2000 ha. Excavation will be carried out on parcels no. 256/1 and 261/38 in the district of Raná u Loun according to the drawings above the orthophoto map, which is attached to this procurement procedure. The timber will be cut as low to the ground as possible so that the land can be farmed in future years without problems. All wood material will be cleared from the carved areas and used in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Thorny and branched trees are cut, the plots are fragmented and difficult to access. During the implementation of the measures, the contractor will proceed in such a way that there is no pollution of the roads by the movement of machinery or cut wood material. If this happens, the contractor will promptly remedy the situation. The work must be completed by 2 December 2018 at the latest.
