Elaboration of simplified project documentation for complex, construction work/basic, construction work for the implementation of Construction maintenance of retaining and frame wall structures and noise protection walls. The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the established DNS will be the processing of simplified project documentation and related engineering activities, technical support, copyright supervision and related services in the provision of generally non-investment maintenance work and repairs related to the routine maintenance of entrusted property. These can also be entered as a set of planned actions for a given period. Part of the processing of the simplified project documentation is the preparation of investor budgets and lists of works and services prepared as a rule according to the OTSKP price lists, or ÚRS or operational and other price lists according to the clients request. The use of items for engineering activities is necessary, for example, when negotiating with the authorities in matters of various types of permits, negotiating accesses, temporary occupations, etc. In view of the lower complexity, small scope and relatively low value of individual orders, the so-called White Book of Contract Terms will not be used for this type of documentation. Maintenance work in the sense of routine maintenance usually does not require the processing of project documentation according to the Directive, and the scope of work will be specified by a specific contract. In addition to construction works, simplified project documentation may also be required for services. In particular, this concerns, for example, the cleaning of ditches or other objects that require the processing of a more detailed, time-consuming passport before the commissioning of the maintenance work itself, which cannot be provided by the Employer due to capacity reasons. The exact specification will be given in the specific contract. Contracts will be concluded by individual operating units of the Contracting Authority, as necessary, for one or more planned events, usually for a period of one year, according to the plan of events for the following period.
