The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of the supply of 110 kV SF6 gas-insulated distribution technology (HIS) and includes the supplying of the main assembly and project documentation. The construction of the TR CHEZA transformation plant will involve the installation of the compact hybrid insulation (HES) distribution technology. Given the scope of the contract, the over-the-limit contract will be processed in accordance with Law No.134/2016 Coll., on public procurement, as amended. This public contract will also be awarded on the basis of the established classification for the HIS 123 kV Compact Technology Category System, within the meaning of § 165 et seq. of the ZZZZ. For this reason, only those who will be offered preliminary supplies under the Compacted Technology System under the HES 123 kv are invited to submit preliminary offers under the Code of the Compound Technology Scheme.
