Introduction Scope of work. The consulting firm shall undertake the following components of work. Component 1: Environmental and Social Screening and Risk Categorization The firm shall: Conduct project screening. Classify environmental and social risks. Determine safeguard documentation requirements. Recommend applicable approval pathways. Deliverables · Screening Reports · Risk Categorization Matrix · Regulatory Compliance Matrix Component 2: Development and Updating of ESG Frameworks The firm shall assess the existing ESG systems of beneficiary companies and develop or update company-specific ESG frameworks, as appropriate. The firm shall: Review existing ESG frameworks. Develop company-specific ESG frameworks where absent. Align ESG systems with UNDP standards and investor expectations. Establish ESG reporting indicators.
