Contract Description
EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG (client) intends to commission the tenders for a cyber insurance program for the EnBW Group or for the client and the companies affiliated with it in accordance with Sections 15ff. AktG. The tenders are carried out separately for the basic contract and the excess contracts above it. The subject of this tender is the conclusion of an insurance contract (= basic contract) for the provision of cyber insurance protection. The contract term is initially one insurance year from January 1st, 2027 00:00
