1. The subject of the order is the selection of financing partners providing the Ordering Party with services consisting in managing a specific fund created for the purpose of granting loans referred to in Art. 172(1) and (2) of the Act of March 20, 2025 on the labor market and employment services, hereinafter referred to as the Act. 2. In addition to lending activities, the contractor will be obliged to provide training and advisory services and ensure cooperation with universities and, through them, with organizations working for the development of entrepreneurship, in particular academic business incubators, academic career offices and information and advisory centers, in order to enable loan applicants and borrowers to use advisory and training services.
