Description & Project Overview
With this government contract, the Contracting Authority intends to provide a flow cytometer on loan that supplies the reagents for analyzing lymphocyte subsets, quantitatively counting progenitor cells, diagnosing primary immunodeficiencies and carrying out immune monitoring in immunodeficiencies, and carrying out immunophenotyping in leukemias and lymphomas, both during diagnosis and follow-up. It is important that the device has a CE-IVD marking and can perform multi-color analyzes of at least 12 colors simultaneously. The aim is to work according to strictly standardized protocols, both in terms of device set-up and reagents and panels, to offer maximum guarantees in terms of quality and also to maximize the chance of acquiring an ISO 15189 accreditation. Fast speed in acquisition and analysis is also an important aspect. The device must be able to be linked to the LIS.
