The object of the framework agreement is county road maintenance works - sealing, bituminous carpets, cutting of sidings, cleaning/unblocking ditches and pavements - in the Șăulia area, in a total length of 108.655 km on the following roads: 1. DJ107G lim.jud. Alba–Cecălaca–Luduş, between km 16+775 – 29+810, L=13.035km; 2. DJ151 Luduş – Sărmaşu – lim.jud. BN, between km 5+990-37+900; 40+300-45+810, L total = 37,420 km; 3. DJ151A Šăulia – Band (DJ 152A) between, km 0+000 – 20+100, L = 20.10 km; 4. DJ151C Zau de Cîmpie – Valea Largă – lim.jud. Cluj, between km 0+000 – 12+500, L = 12,500 km; 5. DJ153E DN15-Rich between km 0+000 – 3+950, L = 3,950 km; 6. DJ153F DJ107G – Nandra - Bichiş – Ozd, between km 0+000 – 6+456, L = 6,450 km; 7. DJ153G DJ 151 - Sînger – Papiu Ilarian – Iclănzel, between km 0+000 – 12+400 and km 14+380-17+180, L total = 15,200 km. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement for lot no. 5 - the Șăulia area is presented as follows: FLOATING: The minimum estimated area for filling 1 layer: 1,000.00 sqm; 2 layers: 1,000.00 sq.m. Estimated maximum area for filling 1 layer: 10,000.00 sq.m.; 2 layers: 12,000.00 sq m. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whose estimated values, without VAT, are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 144,170.00 lei - CS no. 2 = 213,387.00 lei; - CS no. 3 = 213,387.00 lei; - CS no. 4 = 213,387.00 lei; - CS no. 5 = 213,387.00 lei; - CS no. 6 = 213,387.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 213,387.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 213,388.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 213,388.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 144,170.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded. The execution time for CS1 is 1 month. For the other subsequent contracts, the duration of execution is established proportionally to the quantity included in them. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. CARPET - minimum quantity = 5,050 km; -maximum amount = 33,950 km. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 4 (four) contracts will be concluded, the estimated quantities of which are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 5,050 km; - CS no. 2 = 14,100 km; - CS no. 3 = 8,400 km. - CS no. 4 = 6,400 km. The minimum and maximum quantities that are the subject of a single subsequent contract are presented as follows: -minimum quantity = 5,050 km; -maximum amount = 14,100 km. The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 4,230,000.00 lei. The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 1,515,000.00 lei. The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 4 (four) subsequent contracts will be concluded, the estimated value of which without VAT is presented as follows: - CS no. 1: 1,515,000.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 2: 4,230,000.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 3: 2,520,000.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 4: 1,920,000.00 lei without VAT; The execution time for CS1 is 2 months. For the other subsequent contracts, the duration of execution is established proportionally to the quantity included in them. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. CUTTING OF SIDEWAYS, CLEANING/CLEANING OF TRENCHES AND BRIDGES: Mechanized sideline cutting Minimum estimated area: 34,000.00 sq m; Maximum estimated area: 130,000.00 sq m. Manual edge cutting: Estimated minimum area: 200.00 sq m; Estimated maximum area: 800.00 sq m. Manual trench cleaning: Estimated minimum surface area: 2,000.00 ml; Estimated maximum surface area: 20,000.00 ml Unblocking of mechanized ditch. Estimated minimum quantity: 16,000.00 mc; Estimated maximum quantity: 42,000.00 mc. Unclogging floors manually: Estimated minimum quantity: 500.00 mc; Estimated maximum quantity: 2,000.00 mc. Mechanized floor unclogging: Estimated minimum quantity: 20.00 pcs; Estimated maximum quantity: 40.00 pcs. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whose estimated values, without VAT, are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 140,100.00 lei; - CS no. 2 = 140,100.00 lei; - CS no. 3 = 420,300.00 lei; - CS no. 4 = 560,000.00 lei; - CS no. 5 = 690,000.00 lei; - CS no. 6 = 560,000.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 690,000.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 1,009,500.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 1,009,500.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 140,100.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded. Duration of execution for CS1 and CS2: 2 months for each; for CS 3 - 5 months; for CS4, CS5, CS6 and CS7 6 months each, CS8-17for months. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. Duration of the framework agreement: 48 months from the date of conclusion.
