The object of the framework agreement is county road maintenance works - fillings, bituminous carpets, cutting of sidings, cleaning/unclogging ditches and pavements - from the Găneşti area, in a total length of 75.163 km on the following roads: 1. DJ 142 Tîrnăveni - Bălăuşeri, between km 12+600-34+850, L = 34,850 km; 2. DJ142A Găneşti – Bagaciu - lim. Sibiu county, between km 0+000-8+600, L = 8,600 km; 3. DJ 142D Botorca-Băgaciu, between km 0+000-9+500, L =9,500 km; 4. DJ 151B Ungheni - Căpîlna de Sus - lim. Sibiu county, between km 13+000-28+865, L = 15.865 km; 5. DJ 107 lim. Alba - Adămuş - Tîrnăveni county, between km 78+000-84+710, L = 6.71 km; 6. DJ 107 D lim. Alba – Crăiesti – Adămuş county, between km 42+492-51+740, L = 9.248 km. 7. Transilvania Motor Ring access road, km 0+000-1+690, L=1,690 km 8. Access road to the Balăușeri Sorting Station, km 0+000-1+300, L=1,300. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement for lot no. 4 - the Găneşti area is presented as follows: FLOATING: The minimum estimated surface for filling 1 layer: 1,000.00 sqm; 2 layers: 1,000.00 sq.m. Estimated maximum area for filling 1 layer: 10,000.00 sq.m.; 2 layers: 11,000.00 sq m. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire validity period of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whose estimated values, without VAT, are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 144,170.00 lei - CS no. 2 = 199,374.00 lei; - CS no. 3 = 199,374.00 lei; - CS no. 4 = 199,374.00 lei; - CS no. 5 = 199,374.00 lei; - CS no. 6 = 199,374.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 199,374.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 199,376.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 199,376.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 144,170.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded. The execution time for CS1 is 1 month. For the other subsequent contracts, the duration of execution is established proportionally to the quantity included in them. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. CARPET - minimum quantity = 4,983 km; -maximum amount = 31,815 km. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 4 (four) contracts will be concluded, the estimated quantities of which are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 4,983 km; - CS no. 2 = 8,450 km; - CS no. 3 = 12.832 km. - CS no. 4 = 5,550 km. The minimum and maximum quantities that are the subject of a single subsequent contract are presented as follows: -minimum quantity = 4,983 km; -maximum amount = 12,832 km. The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 3,849,600.00 lei. The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 1,494,900.00 lei. The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 4 (four) subsequent contracts will be concluded, whose estimated value without VAT is presented as follows: - CS no. 1: 1,494,900.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 2: 2,535,000.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 3: 3,849,600.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 4: 1,665,000.00 lei without VAT; The execution time for CS1 is 2 months. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whose estimated values, without VAT, are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 115,300.00 lei; - CS no. 2 = 115,300.00 lei; - CS no. 3 = 345,900.00 lei; - CS no. 4 = 576,500.00 lei; - CS no. 5 = 691,800.00 lei; - CS no. 6 = 576,500.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 691,800.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 1,203,900.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 1,203,900.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 115,300.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded.
