The object of the framework agreement is county road maintenance works - fillings, bituminous carpets, cutting of sidings, cleaning/unblocking of ditches and pavements - from the Sighisoara area, Mures county, (lot no. 7) Lot no. 7/Sighisoara area includes the following asphalted county roads, with a total length of 61.068 km, as follows: 1. DJ106 county border Sibiu-Apold-Sighişoara between km 82+535-97+900, L = 15.365 km; 2. DJ133, Mureni-Archita-lim.jud. Harghita, between km 0+000-15+000, L=15,000 km; 3. DJ142C lim. Sibiu – Viişoara – Coroisînmartin county, between km 6+150-26+650, L=20,500 km; 4. DJ143, Daneș -Criș -lim. Sibiu county between km 0+000-10+203, L= 10.203 km The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreements for lot no. 7 - the Sighișoara area is presented as follows: FLOATING: The minimum estimated area for filling 1 layer: 1,000.00 sqm; 2 layers: 1,000.00 sq.m. Estimated maximum area for filling 1 layer: 6,000.00 sq.m.; 2 layers: 9,000.00 sq m. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire validity period of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whose estimated values, without VAT, are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 144,170.00 lei - CS no. 2 = 145,017.00 lei; - CS no. 3 = 145,017.00 lei; - CS no. 4 = 145,017.00 lei; - CS no. 5 = 145,017.00 lei; - CS no. 6 = 145,017.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 145,017.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 145,018.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 145,018.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 144,170.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded. The execution time for CS1 is 1 month. For the other subsequent contracts, the duration of execution is established proportionally to the quantity included in them. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. CARPET - minimum quantity = 6,853 km; -maximum amount = 32.045 km. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 4 (four) contracts will be concluded, the estimated quantities of which are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 6,853 km; - CS no. 2 = 7.967 km; - CS no. 3 = 8.049 km. - CS no. 4 = 9.176 km. The minimum and maximum quantities that are the subject of a single subsequent contract are presented as follows: -minimum quantity = 6,853 km; -maximum amount = 9.176 km. The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 2,752,800.00 lei. The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 2,055,900.00 lei. The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 4 (four) subsequent contracts will be concluded, the estimated value of which without VAT is presented as follows: - CS no. 1: 2,055,900.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 2: 2,390,100.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 3: 2,414,700.00 lei without VAT; - CS no. 4: 2,752,800.00 lei without VAT; The execution time for CS1 is 3 months. For the other subsequent contracts, the duration of execution is established proportionally to the quantity included in them. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. CUTTING OF SIDEWAYS, CLEANING/CLEANING OF TRENCHES AND BRIDGES: Cutting of mechanized sidewall Estimated minimum area: 33,000.00 sq m; Estimated maximum area: 85,000.00 sq m. Manual edge cutting: Estimated minimum area: 4,000.00 sq m; Maximum estimated area: 10,000.00 sq m. Manual ditch cleaning: Estimated minimum surface area: 15,000.00 ml; Estimated maximum area: 37,000.00 ml Mechanized trench overflow. Estimated minimum quantity: 7,000.00 mc; Estimated maximum quantity: 38,000.00 m3. Unclogging floors manually: Estimated minimum quantity: 300.00 mc; Estimated maximum quantity: 5,000.00 mc. Mechanized floor unclogging: Estimated minimum quantity: 20.00 pcs; Estimated maximum quantity: 30.00 pcs. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whose estimated values, without VAT, are as follows: - CS no. 1 = 100,900.00 lei - CS no. 2 = 100,900.00 lei; - CS no. 3 = 302,700.00 lei; - CS no. 4 = 504,500.00 lei; - CS no. 5 = 605,400.00 lei; - CS no. 6 = 504,500.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 605,400.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 2,215,700.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 2,215,700.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 100,900.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded. Duration of execution for CS1 and CS2: one month for each; for CS 3 -2 months; for CS4, CS5, CS6 and CS7 6 months each, CS8-20 months. The deadline for the execution of the works in the contract runs from the date of handing over the site. Duration of the framework agreement: 48 months from the date of conclusion.
