Contract Description
This is a draft contract for the representation of the contracting authority in the performance of actions related to the procurement procedure of the public contract "Uniform application of the city of Brno". The services provided also include the organization of preliminary market consultations and the projection of the results of these consultations agreed with the contracting authority into the course of the negotiation process with publication. As this is a strategic project, it is technically very complex and extensive documentation has been created for it, it would be appropriate for the contracting authority to be represented by the same supplier who collaborated on the creation of the tender documentation and thus has an absolute overview of the project.
