Foreign work trip of the Committee for National Minorities of the Representation of the Karlovy Vary Region to Serbia and Romania from 18 September to 21 September 2026

The subject of the public contract is the provision of bus transport from Karlovy Vary to the Serbian city of Novi Sad, including the transportation of business trip participants between other places in Serbia (Bela Crkva and Češko Selo) and Romania (St. Helena and Gernik) and back to Karlovy Vary. The subject of the performance includes the arrival of the bus, transportation to the performance locations and back, as well as the waiting time and payment of the parking fee. Bus requirements: • M3 category bus (class II, III and class B); • at least 45-50 seats; • equipped with seat belts on all seats; • with sufficient luggage space to transport approx. 5 musical instruments (violin, zither, morin khuur, guitar - in protective cases); • with functional toilet; • with adjustable seats and sockets (min. 230 V) at each seat; • a crew of 2 drivers in accordance with EC Regulation No. 561/2006 (the client assumes that both drivers will have experience in international bus transport to countries outside the EU and outside the Schengen area). The departure times specified in part 3 of the call (time and place of performance of the public contract) are the times when the carrier should be ready at the designated departure point. The actual departure time can be shifted by up to 20 minutes according to the customer's needs. This time will be notified to the supplier by an authorized person on behalf of the customer at the place of departure. The contracting authority points out that the offer price will not include accommodation for the bus driver, as the drivers will be provided with accommodation by the contracting authority (accommodation including breakfast).
