The contracting authority shall provide a detailed description of the configuration and number required in Annex 1 to the contract, entitled: Technical Specifications. The contractant shall indicate that the server blade must be fully compatible with the existing Dell PowerEdge MX7000 Service Tag JTMQS44 chassis. The contractor shall request as part of the contracting entity: • the supply of original and new equipment, • the confirmation by the manufacturer or authorised distribution partner that the hardware supplied is intended for the European Union or the Czech Republic, comes from an official distribution channel, is eligible for manufacturer support in the Czech republic and meets the applicable technical and legal requirements of the European Community and the Czech Union, •supply of software licenses as specified in Annex 1 to the procurement documentation • supply of the contract subject manual.
