in connection with the preliminary preparation of the award of a sub-limit sectoral public contract with the assumed title "Printing, distribution and sale of book timetables for the year 2021" ("Public Contract"), awarded by the Railway Administration, a state organization, with its registered office in Prague 1 - Nové Město, Dlážděná 1003/7, ZIP Code 110 00, IČO 709 94 234 ("Contractor"). The Contracting Authority is interested in the procurement conditions meeting the needs of the Contracting Authority as best as possible and, at the same time, that they, together with the subject matter of Public Procurement, are set in accordance with the principles of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. is particularly interested in presenting potential suppliers with basic information about the award of the Public Contract. For this purpose, the Contracting Authority is ready to present its intention through the institute of preliminary market consultation similarly according to § 33 ZZVZ ("Consultation"), to address a wider range of potential suppliers and to obtain information relevant in relation to this upcoming Public Procurement.
