CZ As part of the preparation of the design competition, the contracting authority decided to carry out a so-called preliminary market consultation in the sense of Section 33 et seq. Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on awarding public contracts. The documents and information obtained as part of this preliminary market consultation will serve as a basis for drawing up the competition conditions for the upcoming design competition. EN The Railway Administration is now preparing a design contest and it has therefore decided to carry out a preliminary market consultation within the meaning of Section 33 et seq. of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public procurement.
