Hiring a specialized company, under the semi-integrated contracting regime, to prepare the Executive Architecture and Engineering Project, based on the Basic Project provided by the Contractor, and complete execution of the renovation and expansion work of the building intended for the implementation of the HU-UFMA Specialty Outpatient Clinic, with a planned building area of approximately 1,996.82 m², including supplies, installations, adjustments and interconnections of existing infrastructures, tests, commissioning, technical documentation and final delivery of the project, according to the Terms of Reference and Inserts. Electronic Competition nº 080/2026, governed by Law nº 13,303/2016, by Decree nº 8,945/2016 and by RCC 3.0 of HU Brasil (Resolution nº 297/2025), with application of Law nº 14,133/2021 to the operational procedures of the public session. Judging criteria: best combination of technique and price; closed dispute mode; single item (CATSER 1619). Estimated budget of a confidential nature. Overall execution period: 880 calendar days from the Service Order (up to 60 days for the Executive Project, 730 days for the work, including Assisted Operation and Commissioning of at least 30 days, and 90 days for final receipt). Contractual term: 910 calendar days from signature. Resources: New PAC. Without ME/EPP exclusivity, the benefits of applicable LC nº 123/2006 are preserved. The execution will take place in a functioning hospital environment, and must preserve the continuity and safety of care activities.
