Hiring a company to provide specialized technical services in Fire and Panic Safety - SCIP, per unit/annex of the HU-UFMA/HU Brazil hospital complex, comprising the preparation of a Specialized Technical Study - ETE, Situational Diagnosis, Conclusive Opinion, Fire and Panic Safety Project - PSCIP, Palliative and Mitigating Measures Project - MPM-SCIP, technical dossier for submission to the Military Fire Department of the Maranhão – CBMMA, with protocol, monitoring and technical support until approval, and planning document for the phased execution of interventions, including BIM modeling and issuance of ART/RRT, with a view to the regularization, approval and future implementation of SCIP systems, in accordance with state legislation, ABNT and ANVISA standards and CBMMA normative instructions.
