Contract Description: Acquisition of 361 computers, 215 A4 printers and 46 servers Contract No.: AO-MAT-546302-GO-RFB The Government of Angola, through the Ministry of Finance (MINFIN), received financing from the World Bank in the amount of USD 250,000,000.00 (two hundred and fifty million US dollars) to fund the project "Project to Strengthen Governance for the Improvement of Service Provision in Angola" (NJILA); under component 3, it intends to apply part of the revenue to pay for 361 computers, 215 A4 printers and 46 servers. Project Njila invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their sealed bids for the supply of 361 computers, 215 A4 printers and 46 servers. The Public Tender will be governed by the CPN (National Public Tender) method, commonly known as the English acronym NCB (National Competitive Bidding), as specified in the World Bank's “Procurement Regulations for Borrowers of IPF Operations” of February 2025, and will be open to all eligible Bidders, as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The Terms of Reference can be offered to interested bidders by sending a written request and presenting the distributor letter issued by the brand to the address below. Proposals must be delivered to the NJILA Project Implementation Unit, with a Proposal Security Statement, by 2:00 pm on November 27, 2026. Submission of electronic proposals will not be permitted; late proposals will be rejected; Proposals will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to appear in person at the address below at 2:00 pm on November 27, 2026.
