Reconstruction of ŽUB – urban infrastructure – Boulevard – north

The subject of the public order is the construction of a road in Trnitá district, which will connect Uhelná Street and Opuštená Street and will be crossed by Fuchsová Street. It includes the preparation of the territory, the construction of roads and paved areas, landscaping including blue-green infrastructure, engineering networks and modifications to the existing collector. Site preparation will include clearing and disposal of the "black" municipal waste dump. Within the street space, there will be two lanes of two lanes for car traffic, two-way cycle paths and sidewalks will be adjacent to it on both sides of the road. There will be retention overhangs between the cycle path and the sidewalk, in which trees will be planted. The overhangs will be planted with a perennial bed and surface rainwater from the areas of the bike path and sidewalk will be channeled into them. The central strip will form a green area planted with annuals with retention overhangs along the edges of the green area. Part of the subject of the public contract is the subsequent care of the greenery for a duration of 5 years (for the duration of the warranty period).
