Description & Project Overview
TfNSW seeks the provision of maintenance and support services for access card printers, including the supply of consumables and replacement parts across metropolitan and regional NSW. Scope: Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking the provision of maintenance and support services for access card printing equipment located across metropolitan and regional NSW. The scope includes preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, replacement of faulty components, technical support, and the supply of replacement equipment where required. The contract also includes the supply and delivery of access card production consumables and replacement parts, including card stock, ribbons, retransfer film, laminate patches, cleaning kits, printer components, card holders, lanyards and related accessories. Suppliers will be required to demonstrate the capability to provide timely support, meet agreed service levels, and maintain continuity of supply for critical consumables and parts. The successful supplier will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing operational reliability of TfNSW's access card printing environment and supporting uninterrupted card production services throughout the contract term.
