PD Cheb - offices and outdoor staircase

Subject of this public contract: The former apartment unit on the 2nd floor located in the NE corner of the building will be cancelled. The original partition separating the entrance to the apartment will be demolished and the individual corridors will be connected. The space will be newly used for official purposes such as offices, handy storage, WC and an inspection room with social facilities. In the rooms, a complete replacement of the installation wiring will be carried out, including the main LV supply from the switchboard on the 1st floor. The existing gas boiler, including gas distribution, will be dismantled. All fixtures, floor coverings, heating elements will be replaced. New doors will be fitted into existing or new steel frames. Unification of plastering and painting will be carried out in all rooms. The existing concrete paving on the terrace will be demolished. New concrete pavement will be laid on plastic targets. Room No. 2.21 – the office will be used as a Registry Office. The outdoor staircase to the apartment on the 2nd floor in the SW corner of the building will be repaired. The existing walls will be hammered out, new waterproofing of the ceiling above the installation channel will be welded, and the existing concrete paving will be replaced. The concrete area above the canal will be concreted and drained into the existing storm drain located at the corner of the administration building.
