Based on the business contract Procurement of public catering services for the schools under the responsibility of the Budavári Self-Government of Budapest District I 2026 The contracting authority intends to fulfill its mandatory public catering task by purchasing services for a period of 2 years from September 1, 2026. The contracting authority concludes a business contract with the winning tenderer for the provision of public catering services. Free pick-up (for lunch only) public catering, normal and dietetic, for students and staff of public educational institutions (Batthyány Lajos Primary School, Budavári Primary School, Kosztolányi Dezső High School, Lisznyai utca Primary School, as well as the summer day camp, Szilágyi Erzsébet High School, Toldy Ferenc High School): - provision of ten hours (general school) with traditional serving; - lunch - one type of soup, three types of main course and salad (depending on the commitment of the winning bidder) - provision of a self-service serving system in primary and secondary schools, with the full operation of a serving kitchen and the removal of food waste; - provision of a snack (general school) with traditional serving. The tenderer provides three meals a day for the primary school age group (age groups 7-14), of which the ten oclock snack and snack are cold food, while the lunch is hot food. The tenderer provides one meal a day for the high school age group (age groups 15-18), which is a hot lunch once a day. The tenderer is obliged to provide a catering service in accordance with the applicable laws, recommendations and professional rules in force at all times - in the case of lunch, a continuous self-service serving system. Estimated total daily servings are more than 2100 servings/day (of which lunch is 1300 servings/day), estimated total annual servings are more than 400,000 servings/year based on the estimated servings table (expected 30 servings/day diet lunch). Due to changes in the number of employees, the actual quantities may differ by up to ±10% from the portion numbers fixed in the public procurement procedure.
