The number given is the maximum number of transport days within the type of the institution; - Institutions may take spring, summer, autumn, winter break or may be closed for other reasons. During this period, the feeding period is suspended.In the case of children in need, the Supplier shall be entitled to derogate from the quantities provided for in the above in accordance with the provisions of the public procurement procedure which gave rise to the Treaty. The Suppliers shall ensure delivery within this quantity difference at the unit price of the quantity offered, under the contractual conditions. The quantity shall be settled in the context of the compulsory accounting. The Parties shall not contract under the conditions set out above, taking into account that the conditions laid down in thewas known and recorded in a pre-contractual procurement procedure.
