Supplying ICT tools and equipment to 18 health facilities affiliated with the Yemen Red Crescent Society

The Yemen Red Crescent Society - Main Center - September 26 Street - next to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers announces its desire to submit public tender No. MAT-MR-2026-00144 for the year 2026 AD, to supply information and communications technology tools and equipment for 18 health facilities affiliated with the Yemen Red Crescent Society. Those wishing to participate in this tender must fill out the form at the following link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/YBYFFH9zYc Bids must be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax to the address indicated above, writing the name of the entity, the name of the project, the tender number, and the name of the bidder, along with the following documents: 1. A bank guarantee according to the form attached to the tender document in a lump sum amounting to four thousand US dollars ($4,000), or an accepted check, valid for a period of (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes. 2. A copy of valid registration certificates. 3. A copy of the sales tax certificate + a valid tax card. 4. A copy of the insurance card + a valid Zakat card. 5. A copy of the activity/profession practice license. Foreign companies are excluded from submitting the certificates, licenses and cards referred to above, and must only submit legal documents of eligibility issued by the country of origin for these companies. The deadline for receiving bids and opening envelopes is 11:00 am On (Wednesday) 11/11/2026 . Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned sealed to the sender. The envelopes will be opened at the main center of the Yemen Red Crescent Society - September 26 Street, next to the Prime Minister's Office - Sana'a, On Wednesday, 11/11/2026 AD In the meeting room at the address indicated above, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official authorization signed and stamped.
