Contract Description
The object of the contract is a public works concession relating to the redesign of the service zones in Waasmunster (E17 both directions +/- kmp 80.2 to kmp 80.9) taking into account contemporary needs such as ultra-fast chargers for passenger and freight transport. A service zone is defined as the zone along the motorway where a number of basic services and products are offered to road users. Kiosk refers to a small (maximum approximately 250m² land area "footprint" and tailored to the available space and plot shape) detached building with a limited exploitation offer.
