Contract Description
The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a contract according to the Model Contract for the provision of services between the client and the consultant according to the FIDIC WHITE BOOK, 5th edition, 2017, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) as the 2nd edition in 2019, and other related documents, with the selected supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). On the basis of the Contract, the selected supplier will provide services to the Client during the preparation and implementation of the Work in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for the supply of technological equipment and the design-construction of electrical and mechanical-technological works and civil and engineering structures designed by the contractor according to the FIDIC YELLOW BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming the contract for work.
