Contract Description
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the work according to the Contractual Conditions for the Supply of Technological Equipment and the Design-Construction of Electrical and Mechanical-Technological Works and Land and Engineering Structures designed by the contractor, the so-called FIDIC YELLOW BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming the contract for the work. The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the provision of services, construction works (and the provision of supplies) within the framework of the design and implementation of the Construction, including in particular the activities according to paragraph 4.2.5 of the Call. The Contractor will provide the Client with services and construction works (and ensure supplies) during the design and implementation of the Construction, namely the construction of the Retention Tank (including the supply of technology), as well as the execution of related landscaping, under the conditions further specified in the Contract, including putting the Construction into operation in accordance with its purpose.
