Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the provision of the services of a cyber security manager (hereinafter referred to as "MKB") for the needs of Povodí Morava, s.p. The subject of the public contract is mainly based on the following legislation in its effective wording: • Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, • Decree No. 409/2025 Coll., on security measures of regulated service providers in the regime of higher obligations, • Act No. 266/2025 Coll., on critical infrastructure, • related methodologies and recommendations of NÚKIB. The main responsibilities of MKB will be: • introduction, maintenance and development of the cyber security management system (ISMS), • fulfillment of the requirements of legal regulations and decrees in the field of cyber security, • cooperation in the protection of critical infrastructure elements.
