Subject of performance Public contract: Processing of project documentation for the removal of the existing building, including itemized budget and processing of project documentation for construction permit and project documentation for construction implementation, including provision of demolition area and permit for the construction of Community housing. It is necessary to design the building in an energetically active passive way. The proposed buildings must be in accordance with the Recommended Procedure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications No. 2/2016 Material-technical standard for social care services provided in the form of residential accommodation, for buildings in which the DOZP service is provided. The new community housing building in Litni will serve the needs of the contribution organization Koniklec Suchomasty, a provider of social services. The capacity of the new building will be 6 clients with the required layout of 1 household for six users with a total of 4 single bedrooms and one double bedroom.
