Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the detailed preparation of the project documentation for the permission of the plan and for the execution of the construction (hereinafter referred to as the PDPZ/PDPS) of the building, according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act") and its implementing decrees, further according to the Directive of the Ministry of Transport for the documentation of road constructions approved under No. MD-23142/2022-930/2, dated 12/07/2022, effective from 01/08/2022, to the extent of Decree No. 227/2024 Coll. of 19 June 2024, as amended, and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. of 12/05/2016, as amended. The subject of performance will be the processing of project documentation (PDPZ/PDPS) for construction on road II/218. The goal of the implementation of the event in question is the design of static protection on road II/218. Separate project documentation will be processed: 1) II/218 Static securing of the road Kraslice, Sněžná – II. stage - road II. class no. 218, stationing approx. 12,310 – 12,380 km, length of the section to be solved approx. 70 m - erosion of the slope on the left side of the road body (landslide), there is an unregulated flow down the slope and thus erosion of the embankment side of the road body, apparently caused by the "loosening" of the slope after logging - the design of a static solution is considered for a length of approx. 40 m (in this section there is the barrier is deformed due to the landslide and there are obvious cracks on the road) - the width of the existing road at the place of the landslide is 6 m The subject of the PD will be the design of a suitable static protection of the slope of road II/218: - the design of the static protection of the road body, probably using a reinforced concrete retaining wall with micro-barriers or a retaining wall made of a reinforced earth body, similarly to the previous section - the static protection will follow on from the PD of the static protection of the Kraslice road, which will be implemented in the course of 2026 - the design will be carried out on the existing width arrangement, including the drainage solution - the interception device will be solved - the modification will be connected to the existing barriers, the existing dismantled barriers will be used for retrofitting Place of performance: Sokolov Contract type: Služby Procedure regime: VZ malého rozsahu Awarded to: AZ Consult, spol. s r.o.
