Contract Description
The subject of this public contract is the preparation of project documentation for building permits and construction, including securing a building permit for Community Housing in Zdice on the park land. No. 1098/1 in the c.ú. Wall. The goal of the proposal is to build modern capacities for the social service home for persons with disabilities (DOZP) according to § 48 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services, which will be fully in accordance with the Transformation and Deinstitutionalization Criteria of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Terms and Conditions of the NPO from June 2023 for DOZP (see appendices).
