The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing contractual conditions for the performance of individual subcontracts for the provision of implementation services for customer information systems, including integration and backend parts. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of eight (8) participants. On the basis of the framework agreement, in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will always order performance in time and to the extent according to its current needs. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the framework agreement. Implementation services will be provided: - during the development and implementation of new information systems, including corresponding process consultancy, - during the development or changes of existing information systems, - during the implementation of upgrades of information systems to higher versions, - during the development and modifications of new and existing integrations within the information systems and also to external systems operated by the customer, respectively. when solving IS/IT architecture to ensure their efficient operation.
