Part 3: 3,500 pieces of ACD-A solution for the production of platelet and granulocyte preparations with an apheresis device. In each part, the entire quantity must be offered from one product - from identical products, i.e. same legal manufacturer, same make, same product family, and identical parameters in terms of all other product properties, except for the packaging (unit or collective packaging). If more than one product is offered per part, i.e. products of different types, the offer is considered invalid. The packaging of the offered products can be different (but it is not a minimum requirement to offer products with different packaging), provided that the products with different packaging must be the same in all other respects (same legal manufacturer, make, product family, and - with the exception of the packaging - identical parameters for all other product properties). The tenderer undertakes to draw 70% of the total quantity.
