The tenderer plans to develop the equipment park of the Medical Imaging Clinic at the PTE KK Radiology Clinic. The duration of part B of the contract is 60 months, the reason for which is: the size of the X-ray to be purchased by AK and its investment in the related construction activities, and the fact that the operational operation of the purchased equipment should be ensured as long as possible, in a smooth manner, justifies the postponement of the contract period for the maintenance service for as long as possible (60 months). The longest possible contract period (60 months) serves the purpose of efficient spending of public funds due to both price stability and planability, as well as the transfer of costs from the tenderer to the contracting authority. In terms of professional aspects, the reference ranges of the imaging tests required for patient care can be kept unchanged for a longer period of time, which is definitely an advantage for AK from the point of view of patient care. The 60-month period does not affect the assurance of competition, the possible reduction of the contract period does not increase the equal opportunities for bidding, but from an economic point of view, it is definitely disadvantageous for AK, according to the above, which goes against the goal of efficient spending of public funds. The exact description of the subject of the public procurement can be found in the Technical Description. The bidder can make an offer for a product with technical parameters equivalent to or better than those contained in the Technical Description. If the technical description of the offered product differs from the technical parameters expected by the Bidder, please describe the different technical content in the last two columns of the table. Only new, unused (not even for demonstration purposes) first commissioning equipment can be recommended, which complies with European directives and the Hungarian legal regulations and standards that harmonize them, as well as service and spare parts supply in Hungary.
