Preamble to the Rámcové agreements containing the contractual conditions for the performance of the individual parts of the contracts and the provision of implementing services for the customer information systems, including the integration of the back-end parts. The Rmcová dohoda will be closed to a maximum of eight (8) participants. The contracting authority will be based on the framework agreements, in a manner to be specified, ordering the execution at all times to the fullest extent of its actual needs.On the other hand, - in the development of a new right to an existing integration within the information systems and also in the external systems operated by the public, or in the solution of IS/IT architecture to ensure their effective operation.
